Weight Loss Made Easy
First off I want to apologize, this is a new blog and I have not posted much content. I doubt I have any followers yet but I still apologize for the lack of updates and content.
It is a little late into spring now. The best time to start losing weight is two weeks ago. The next best time is now. You have a lot of time if you are still looking to slim down for warm weather fun in the sun. If you're like me, you put on a bit of weight over the winter and your busy schedule makes is hard for you to commit to a workout routine. yeah you can stop being to much and hit the gym but here are a few simple ideas you have try right now that wont involve a huge change in your schedule.
Intermediate Fasting
This one is super easy. Check it out, you just eat for only 8 hour of a day. So let's say you are a late raiser and you eat breakfast at 11:00 am then for the next 8 hours you'd intake you calories. So your final meal would be at 7:00 pm. Then you don't eat after that. There is a lot of science behind this but I'm not a scientist but trust me on this it works. Don't do this for more than a month though, I only would do it for 2 weeks. It's best for you to have a regular diet but this is a good way to shed the pounds without starving yourself.
Cut out carbs
No bread! Cut out your classic filler foods. so that's your starches and potatoes, beans, rice, sugars and your favorite snack food. Stop drinking soda. If you cut out the carbohydrates then your body can skip processing them and go straight for burning are using your proteins and fats. You will literally piss your fat away. Speaking of piss
Drink Water
Drink plenty of water, chances are you don't drink enough already. Drink it cold too, as cold as you can take it. Try to drink one glass an hours. Yeah you'll have to make a lot of bathrooms runs but you'll be a lot healthier.
Cheat days
If you the all that I've listed or any other serious diet. you'll re results in just a week. The problem is your body adapts. The next week your body will be used to the change and you'll see less results. So you mix it up. You cheat. One day a week you eat your favorite foods, burgers, pizza, cheese french fries ,soda all those things you avoid but love you eat this day, but don't go crazy. It the same how one healthy day in an unhealthy week wont do you much good. One unhealthy day in a healthy week wont undo everything rather it'll make sure your body doesn't get used to your new routine.
If you do what I tell you I'm sure you'd lose 14 lb is 14 days. Now... I more for the go to the gym daily and eat healthy always but if you're in a pinch or if life just got in the way. This is sure to get you a second change for what's left of spring.

Self Confidence
Self Confidence
I feel when talking about men's health, we have to start with self confidence. Being confident is a very important part of being a healthy male. Confident men are happier, more active and lead more fulfilling lives. At some point I want to make a post about an active social life and sex life. There are a lot of detail that go into this but I want to briefly cover some of the important ones. I will go into more detail later in the future
Get Fit!
Being comfortable with your body is key. If you're skinny, bulk up. If you're over weight, then lose a few pound. If you are at a normal body weight then getting a work out routine and going to the gym will do wonders.
Exercise releases endorphins and dopamine into your system which improves your mood, which really helps fight off those blue days when you're feeling down. I sure I don't need to say much to convince you exercise will make you happier, most of us know this already. But I believe there is no bigger confidence booster than looking in the mirror and not hating what you see.
So try to exercise 3-5 times a week , go to the gym and when you get there don't be afraid to socialize or ask for help. Most people there just like you and want to be happier with themselves.
Dress Well
Now you have the body you've always wanted, but now all your clothes look weird on you. Maybe you lost a few pounds or maybe evening is a little tight around the chest, or maybe all your clothes are fine because you buy double XXL T-shirts and it still feel just a baggy as when you bought it.... maybe it's time to do some shopping.
This isn't a fashion blog so I wont go in-depth but to boost our self image and confidence is to wear the right clothes. Now there are so many style and color and thinks to consider. We don't need the wear Armani and designer jeans but wear clean clothes that fit. Get a nice pair of shoes. Don't just wear tennis shoes all the time.
Keep all areas clean
Get your haircut regularly. Keep all your nails clipped and clean. Make sure if you have facial hair its always looking good. If you have a fat goatee, then keep it combed, its hair isn't it. Get a beard trimmer if you have that stubble look and keep it trim. Don't have a uni-brow, go to your mom's bathroom and bust out the tweezers.
Believe in yourself
I will go into detail on this because this is really where we need to start.
You need to believe you can do whatever you put you mind to. That you can go out with any woman you see. Some people can turn a switch in their mind and be ready to take on the world but for many of us this is difficult. We don't have a personal trainer pushing us on, many times we are by ourselves.
Well that's all we need.
Think of the damage we do to ourselves just by over thinking and telling ourselves we can't do something. We start to believe and in the end we don't even try, or if we do we have so much doubt we can't ever perform properly. Well we can do the opposite, we can think positive and make ourselves believe we can do anything. We do this by telling ourselves some affirmations or "facts" you tell yourself.
Start a new list entitled "Affirmations". Go over your list of negative beliefs, and for each one, create a positive statement to counteract it. Include a reference from your life if possible. It's important that you follow these rules:
make sure it's positive - "I am not shy" won't work too well
make it first person - "I this, I that" rather than "People this, women that, men ..."
make it present tense - "I am confident" rather than "I will be confident"
make sure it's something _you_ control - not "I date more often than Frank does"
try to include rich sensory imagery, powerful emotional anchors, and references
Some example could include
I easily talk to anyone I have a desire to meet. I am clever and witty and relaxed.
I have immense courage. I overcome any fears.
I'm fit and attractive. I keep my body in great shape.
I remember to compliment people and to show I appreciate them.
I am happy with myself, regardless of what other people think.
Right now you're probably asking yourself, "So why am I telling myself all this stuff that obviously isn't true?" Remember, your own thoughts are part of the input your brain takes in, and it doesn't question anything, it just processes and stores everything. At first your beliefs will reject these statements, but with enough consistency, repetition and references, your beliefs will eventually change. Studies show it takes about a month of daily repetition, but that depends on how often you go over your affirmations. The best thing to do would be to print them out on a card and keep them with you during the day, and just read over them whenever you get the chance. As you read them, imagine how good it will feel to be that way; really get into it.
Turns out those cheesy self help lines are true. You just need to tell yourself you can
